2019 Cameron putters

I know this is a crazy thought, but I Googled it. Golf is dominately right handed, that’s just a fact. OEMs are going to produce product that sell. Whether you consider that to be trolling is of ZERO concern to me.

PS: You’re using Ping product...they actually do cater to LHers, what’s the issue???

So no one wants Scotty to make ever putter LH. We just don't want the same old not so popular models. Titleist is one of the best supporters of lefties. So is PING. Callaway is for the most part. Taylor made makes almost everything LH. Golf is a sport where professional golfers are groomed in states where weather is better then nominal all year round. A hockey player can play indoors despite inclement weather, be LH, and make it to a professional level. So yes most professional golfers, the ones that have a chance to be great, who play all year round, make it to the PGA. Last time I check those players don't even pay for their equipment. Its the rest of the Amateur population, ones that survive less favorable weather conditions, that pay for these companies doors to stay open.

How is 5% of the golfing public paying for company’s doors staying open? That’s just delusional. You’re looking at this emotionally, I’m looking st this from a business perspective...it doesn’t equal dollars to cater to LHers...otherwise they’d do it!

If these companies make almost everything LH the number of Left handers are higher than 5%. Keep on trolling. You make no sense but all is good. I thought the world was only made up of 5% bullies. Obviously that statistic is wrong as well. Unfollowing topic and going over to buy a Toulon Atlanta.

Maybe Scotty will close from that choice? Enjoy.

Probably not but I can putt with a premium putter that's not a Newport 2. Love your "choice" of words as Lefties have few when it comes to Scotties. Love ya man. all is good.

OTR still pays the bill though.

Face it folks.... Scotty doesn't give a rip about otr. No way does it make the money circle does.

OTR is still a key part of Scotty Cameron's business. Most people that buy his premium line of limited edition models or CT's started with OTR initially. It's a gateway that feeds the rest of his business. On the other hand, he needs to have the OTR missing something, to create that desire for the premium/limited lines. It's all done on purpose.

So side bar, I strongly believe we'll see another price jump from Scotty on the 2019 line based on market trends. Think we'll likely see $450 msrp, $430 retail.

I have enjoyed his Futura line up. His 2017 lineup really offered some unique putters, hopefully he brings out 1-2 new models in 2019 rather than just cosmetic changes.

Hey if you don’t have anything new just copy the other guys :-)

Though much is taken much abides;
We are not now that strength which in old days
Moved earth and heaven, that which we are, we are;
One equal temper of heroic hearts,
Made weak by time and fate, but strong in will
To strive, to seek, to find, and not to yield.

Golo meets Fackback 1.5

Give us the 1.5 neck and stop with the aluminum insert crap! Keep it all Stainless Steel, one piece!

Nice blend of the two putters will get my money for sure.

Can't believe he's releasing a plumber and slant neck mid-mallet that's OTR... Never thought I'd see this day.

Whoever bought the 2018 global limited and H18 for their slant necks are probably pissed as hell right now.

I have a Global Limited, but it doesn't bother me. If the OTR was black with a black shaft, yeah I would be mighty pissed.

I'm glad to hear that. I was just thinking "if it were me" but like you hinted it, it's all about the reason you buy the premium model. If I had bought it, it would have really been due to the slant neck.

The Fastback 2 is the Ping Arna with the back squared off slightly. BTW, the Ping Vault Arna is all milled, no insert. Just sayin'

I will be buying the Fastback 2. I’ve been looking for a plumbers neck mallet for a long time that suited my eye, and this is it.

Yes, I would prefer 1 piece milled, but inserts are here, and likely here to stay. I don’t see the same non-insert arguments regarding odyssey, TaymorMade, etc.

Just my thoughts...

I don’t necessarily agree. Similar...but there are a few key factors that differentiate the fastback 2 from the arms for me that just fit my eye better. One is that tge fb2 is a true plumbers neck visually whereas the arms is more of a “functional” plumbers neck but with the appearance of a slant neck...visually, it just throws me off. Two is the fb2 has a rolled top line which is something I strongly prefer. Don’t get me wrong, I love the look of the arms and remember being really disappointed when it came out the it wasn’t a true plumbers neck. If it were, I could get over the non-rolled top line rather quickly.
