Do Mizuno iron players use Mizuno wedges?

With my new set of mp18's I'll be getting, a set of RTX4s will be going in the bag. Feel, shaping, options and looks is the answer. I would play Mizuno wedges if they had the same. Just for example, the progressive shaping is a real big thing that I like.

I custom ordered a mixed set and was offered a free wedge, so I got the S18 50* gw, after a week I ordered s18 54 60

 

Ive used vokey for past 10 years, and I picked up set of Miura wedges, and they never made it in the bag

I play MP 18 SC and t-7 wedges. Not a big fan of the s18.

Mizuno wedges are great. Get the T wedges if you like a more square look, an S5 or S18 for a more round shape. I prefer the rounder look and I like the S5 more than the S18.

I carry mp-54 irons and now have s18 wedges 52/56/60. I thought I was going to like the t7's more, but ended up with the s18's. I love them, feel and consistency are great.

Luke Donald was number one in sand saves with Mizuno wedges. They feel fantastic.

I really wanted to but I don't see many where I am to even try.

The biggest thing for me is I LOVE the look of the Callaway PM Grind/Taylormade Hi Toe. I love them regardless of how I want to manipulate a shot and I love them most on full shots. I also really like the TM Milled Grind so have an approach wedge coming with my favorite shaft.

I am getting ready to reluctantly reduce the long end of my bag to Driver/3 Wood/4iron so that I can carry the following 5 wedges:

64,60,56,52,48. Only my 48 MP18 MMC will be Mizuno./

as someone who had only played cast previously, they feel fantastic. Mabe not MP soft, but stil nice.

If vokeys being quite clicky was a 1, and mp4 was a 10, where would you say they sit?

Played Mizuno wedges for years, then was fit for and switched to SM7 raw. Just felt more confident with the fitting process and abundance of sole grinds I could test and decide from.

I play T7s in 54 and 58. I just ordered a set of Ping Glide Stealth 2.0s yesterday. User error I am sure but the worst wedge play of my career has come using these T7s the last 2 years. I just need something different to look at for confidence reasons. I am keeping them around in case the Pings dont work out. I have never had a Ping club in my bag before in my 32 years of golf.

Bought a lightly used S18 50 degree gap to go with my new MP-18 SC irons. Then won an auction for a new S18 58 degree on the Bay for $43 shipped. Haven’t gotten the 58 yet but after hitting the S18 gap felt “ok” about it. After reading here yesterday that Rock Bottom has the t7’s new at $70 I went ahead and ordered 50/54/58 (left handed) in those. Anxiously waiting fo try the T7!

Would be good to hear the difference between T7 and S18 once you tried them both.
