Lamkin UTX cord wraps. Perfect blend of feel, tackiness and durability. Great in wet conditions, too. I'm hearing the wraps may be discontinued, so I'll likely give the regular UTX cords or maybe the crosslines a go.

I bought two grips and threw them on my wedges for testing.

Pure midsize wrap and Golf Pride midsize tour wrap.

The three lines on the Pure grips is right where I keep my left pinky and it felt flimsy and slick so the Golf Pride wrap won.

I'll buy a set in the next few weeks.

Masda slick fit grips. They just don't wear down. Never tried them in gulf type humidity so can't speak on their performance

Pure DTX - same grips I've had on for 5 years and all I do is wash them occasionally! (3-4 nines per week plus range time)

Golf pride wrap midsize. Also just found out how to remove grips with air. So much easier than cutting them off. Would recommend y'all youtube it.

I purchased a set of Royal XV grips in midsize a year or so ago when they were on sale at Golfworks for $1.60 a piece. I put them on a set of beaters that I have been playing with and I'm quite happy with the performance. They are essentially the old Lamkin Sting Free arthritic grip.

 

For putters, after playing around with a bunch of different oversized grips I've returned to the classic Pingman grip. Turns out quieting the wrists isn't always an advantage...

I see this a lot, I had a set that got hard and lost their tackiness quickly, even after washing it seemed like they never got it back. Any suggestions?

I play without a glove. I'm going to have a Grip Master "Roo", kangaroo leather grip placed on my 3 wood. Then I'll decide if I want to continue with the leather for the rest of my clubs.

These but in black. Really good grip similar to tour velvet, but doesn't wear out in like half a season. Before these I used Lamkin REL Ace but the S tech are a little more supple, if that makes sense.

I use the Iomic X-Evolution. I have the same experience, long lasting and always tacky. They're the best rain grips I've ever used, especially when I use rain gloves.

Gripmaster Kidd Leather.

 

 

I was playing Midsize UTX, and those were excellent, not to mention getting them on sale (they are still on my woods). But mid way through last year I found a great deal to try Gripmasters and gave it a shot, and installed those. AWESOME. Ive really really enjoyed them and their performance. Im not sure Id get them if they arent on sale as there are just so many good options for cheap so its hard to justify, but so far the Kidd leathers have been amazing.

I've been playing Golf Pride Tour Wraps for years, and recently started doing them logo down. Also loved the Black/Volt Green versions that came with my Nike irons. Wish I could buy a set to eventually replace what's on there now.
