I've got a good feeling that they will. The press release said that they planned to sell the final version of whatever he ended up playing, after all the prototypes were done. Phase 1's obviously weren't final, but a name like P7TW seems like it to me. Never had a Phase 2, so I'm thinking these are it.

Either that or tiger already threw them in the trash and joe sold the heads to tommy and he had them built for him. Have to see serial numbers to prove otherwise. Lol

I don't think that's been asked, and I haven't seen anything about it. I'd think TM would try to keep the specs close to TW's as long as they're suitable for retail. I would think lofts would be 49 or 50 on the PW. As far as I know, his specs aren't far from normal, so I don't see why they'd stray from his.

If Taylormade will do a fully milled set of P730 irons for Rose and McIlroy, I don't see why they won't Tiger's irons would be any different. From what I understand, hand grinding the sole is such a tedious process, one misstep and the iron head is garbage. Milling the sole of an iron can be replicated time after time to exacting standards. With TW's attention to detail, milling the soles of his irons probably yields the best results.

 

If you have the right person doing it grinding is more repeatable. For most people milling them is more accurate
