I play in 90*+ temps in the summer. My feet never feel hot in Kentwool socks. The best golf sock I have ever worn and it's not even close.

One area that I really haven't taken too serious, I use "no show" Under Armour socks in the summer and regular Under Armour "ankle socks" for the winter, but I don't go out unless is 45* or better.

100% worth it! I know they are expensive, but so worth the money. They also last forever, I have had several pairs last 3 seasons. I play 4 times a week. Gotta take care of your feet.

Pretty simple for me. In shorts, black, no show, cushioned. In pants, black, crew size, cushioned.

If you are worried about durability, you shouldn't be. If you follow the instructions and wash them inside out they seem to be indestructible. I still have the first pairs I bought. And, if you sign up on their website, you will receive sale notices.

I used to think that socks were socks until I put on and played a round with Kentwool. Now I'll never go back. Super comfortable, not too hot or too cold, better than cotton for odor control, and perhaps most importantly, durable. I bought one pair and they've lasted ages.

I wear run of the mill UA ankle high socks if I'm wearing shorts. Calf high if I'm wearing pants.

Got a few pairs of the motionwool socks from evolve. They are thinner than kentwool. May become my go to if not rocking some cool stance socks

Have never tried Kentwool (or wool in general), mostly because I've never had any blisters.

 

I tend not to wear the no-shows, mostly because they end up riding down my heel and being uncomfortable. I have a thick enough foot that they don't quite get far enough up in the heel of the shoe. For that reason, I usually do ankle socks or ones with tabs to prevent to heel slipping down

Oddly enough I really like the Copperfit no show socks. You can get a 3 pack at Dicks for $10 I believe. Very comfortable, good support, padded tab on the back. All around a great sock. I believe I have about 10 pairs or so now. The only socks I golf in anymore. I don’t really buy into any of the copper infused stuff or whatever it is. I just know they are good socks.

bought some adidas and under armour no-show socks that definitely show. i have tour knit 360s...anyone else have a similar problem?

I have adidas socks and love them. The ua socks i got never stayed up and would slide into my shoe, hated them.

+1 Balega hidden comfort in the summer (love them). I also prefer over the calf socks with pants and for me, its Darn Tough socks. Both brands are moisture wicking and are very comfortable.

As huge ballgame hidden comfort fan, I find this intriguing.

Is there any particular model of the darn tough you’re talking about? Also, have you compared them to kentwool? Thanks!

Kentwools are great but Swiftwick pursuit wool socks are more durable.

I wear most of the time asics socks which are ok. But i need a sock with more cushion, and i never have the problem of hot sensation in my feet. My feet are always cold anyway. Any recommendations?

I’ve tried Kentwool, swiftwick etc..

 

Randomly bought some Footjoy ProDry socks and they are excellent. Highly recommend them.
