Absent the putter, always one of the nicest looking set of clubs.

 

I think he used this shaft all the way back to the 910 D3 days.

I play the Titleist 910D3 (9.5 degrees, A-1 setting, Graphite Design Tour AD DI-8 shaft, X-flex, tipped one inch, custom black paint, 44¾ inches). All my grips are Golf Pride Tour Velvet with one piece of masking tape under the double-sided tape.

Earlier this year Titleist had more made for their staff and then sold a limited number to the public. My shop had a set and I was inching closer to getting them until someone saved me and beat me to it.

I wonder if none of the newer blades perform as well or better than his 680 or that'st just a mental thing, can't play anything other than the 680.....

The shape of the muscle makes a difference, not better or worse, just different.

 

The newer Titleist MBs starting with the 712s moved the muscle lower, this helps guys like me get higher launch. A guy like Adam gets that same launch from his swing speed.

Actually from the pictures and bag shot it appears Scott is still using the two putter set-up he used at the end of the 2018 PGA Tour season.

The putter with the longer superstroke grip is definitely an armlock putter. Interesting that he’s trying out an axis1, too.

His choice of putters is odd considering he switched back to the long putter around the Open Championship last year and he had some great results nearly winning a major....but what do I know.

Looks like he was testing an Axis1 as well. Scotty Cameron has produced some ugly looking putters recently but the two that Adam has in the bag from a head point of view anyway, both look fantastic. The first one reminds me of my old GoLo S5. That thing was stunning...just didn't suit my stroke.

That seems to be Scotty's thing these days. Never sticking with anything long enough to see that it works.

Short irons in the 680 are older style shapes. Bigger 8-Pw than say a 716mb. Also a touch of offset in the 680 short irons. Just different.

He's been gaming the 680s since late 2013 and is back to the same driver, fairway, and iron shafts from his 2013 Masters win.

Watched him finished the round yesterday with quite a few one puts. Looked like he was feeling more comfy.

 

According to the golfchannel story, he ditched the arm lock set up midway through the round. He went to using the claw style grip with the arm lock putter. Will be interested in seeing if he uses the same putter today. I imagine the arm lock version is pretty heavy with a lot more loft built in.

You cannot putt conventionally with an armlock putter. To me, it looks like he uses the same grip that Webb uses. Armlock+ claw grip

Yes, he is using a similar style to Webb. Must have misread the info, but they made it sound like switched styles.
