I am getting more and more interested in Wilson. Those putters look great too!

- Something that continues to go long off the tee in the fairway
- Something that is a fairway finder when needed and long
- Something that high, consistent and helps with par 5’s
-  Something to help with long par3’s and short par 4’s

-  Something metal, lots of them and go the gaps I need
- Something metal, 2x of them and helps me 120y and in
- Putters - limited rotation because I cannot afford misses

Golf is what you make of it.  Play grateful and accepting. We are all lucky to have it.

Rather than expecting lets all try and appreciate instead.
Treat people the way you want to be treated

Wilson's comeback is strong and penetrating!

I'm impressed with the recent product launches of the last 5 years.

Dear Wilson Staff,

So the D7 FW looks great. But a Helium lightweight shaft resulting in a SW of D1? Not happening. I get that this is the "Distance" focused line and you've been on this lightweight kick for years. But not everyone wants it or needs it. So if you want that lightweight shaft fine, but at the very least offer a standard weighted FW shaft (70-75 gms) as an alternative. That goes for the driver too.

Sincerely,

All of the potential customer base you are alienating.

They do offer other shaft options at $0, $25, or $220 upcharge.

Wilson are being very uncomplicated, hence the D7 is such a good price. If the shaft is not for you, then look at the C300 range with adjustable fittings.

D range is SGI with distance for mid to high handicaps.

From the reviews I've seen it looks like a true bomber !!!

Buy the driver, fairway wood and hybrid for the price of a driver from other companies.

Lol. Makes total sense not to make option shafts available on the Wilson website. Or even notify that they are available. :WTF:

Well it says on TGW's site that custom orders are placed directly from the manufacturer.

Wilson use to do a good job on specs, but have trending in the wrong direction. It’s unfortunate.

I agree. It's perfectly understandable if Wilson wanted you to order any of the charge/no charge upgrades through a dealer. I have no problem with that at all. But a dealer site like TGW shouldn't have more information available on your product than you can get from the manufacturers site itself.

That D7 driver may be an optional back-up for my Cortex!!

Have you tried the Cortex? I love the performance of my M4 and I see you play the same. How does the Cortex perform comparably?

I found the performance of the TM M4 almost exactly the same with the exception of the swing weight being 2-points higher for the Cortex.

After briefly owning the m4, the Cortex is firmly in my bag. It benched a Rogue, which I trumped, and a g400. No complaints whatsoever. . W/S got lots of great stuff out now.

Wilson Golf has a great heritage. I have a stand up life size cardboard cutout of Arnold Palmer standing next to his Wilson Bag and irons. He looks to be in his early 20's when he won the US Open at Cherry Hills in Colorado. I was there and got his autograph.

Good luck to Wilson. I hope you make a great comeback. Your clubs are beautiful.
