I think of all the irons I've bought since I had those same AP2s and I really do feel kind of dumb, really do.

 

This thread is so deflating on a morning where it is -27 F and -16 may be the high. I came here to get a lift and some inspiration, should have known better than to open the Stricker thread. I'd wake up the wife but she isn't really updated either, maybe a progressively lower COG (but just wonderful in case she reads this).

He's been spotted buying clubs at Nevada Bobs (local golf shop in Madison) so it wouldn't surprise me if something in his bag was from there.

I really feel like most of us could take a good hard look at this bag, Reed, and Koepka. Don't touch it unless it absolutely needs upgrading. I'm of course one to talk. I shudder at the amount of money I've spent on equipment in the past 10 years I'm sure it is staggering.

I agree with this, I wonder how much money we've all spent on clubs that have made absolutely no difference to our scores?

 

Imagine an iron sets worth of money on lessons with a decent pro??

The differece between us and the pros though (among many things haha) is that the companies pay them to "upgrade" to one of their 27 new sets of clubs every year. IEven if it's to their detriment.
