I don't know. The picture doesn't match the title. TM hasn't ever made a Ardmore 3 in black with a slant neck, but that's what the picture shows. The title has Ardmore 2, which has a sightline on the topline. Word is that TM had started some production of Tiger's model and was waiting for the right time, which looks like it's past. Could be, but without the title matching the picture, I'm just confused on what's actually being sold. Plus I would think it would have a different name, never seen Copper SS before.

I’ve actually owned the putter pictured (Black Ardmore 3 with slant neck and site line) sold it to a member here on this site a few months ago. It’s a beautiful putter! It looked exactly like the current Ardmore copper soto, but with a slant neck. No clue on if it’s going to be released....

He used the Ardmore 3 slant next neck proto for a few tournaments, then the Juno for a round or 2, then back to Scotty.

 

I’ve wanted the slant Ardmore 3 since I first saw it. Stoked they are releasing it, even if Tiger has moved on (back).

Yea I saw this putter months ago from a TM rep, Same as in the picture. It is surprisingly light for a mallet putter IMO.

I too heard this is coming....being a spaz I had a red one "Tigerized" by BOS. It's a GREAT putter for people who like a mallet/spider/number 7 shape but don't want the weight way in the back. I only used it once before winter set in and really liked it.

Right! Me too! Was bummed bc tiger quit using it and thought we would never see them come to production. Have even thought about making one. Doesnt bother me that Tiger has moved on! Now if i can just the Toulan Las Vegas out of my head...cant stop thinking about it lol

Before i found out the Black Copper was coming, I considered getting the red Ardmore 3 and then sending it to Continental.

The only difference is the insert on this one is black...(bc it was black on the red one). I think Tigers was red and the new released will be as well.

They had one at my local Edwin Watts new. Looks fantastic. Putted a few with it but still prefer ping sigma 2 Tyne 4
