The best team won. I'm no Saints fan, but the Rams didn't even deserve to be there. Goff is not going to lead this Rams team anywhere, he just isn't that good. I used to hate NE also, but they have earned my respect. They never give up, they always play hard and find ways to get it done.. Congrats to you NE fans, I'm a Cowboy fan and the 90s were fun, can't even imagine how you guys must feel over the last 10 years plus. Game was kind of boring but that was just NE being in control of the whole game... kind of incredible IMO.

I suppose it's a matter of perspective. I appreciated seeing two outstanding defenses tonight. A couple/three commercials made be crack up. Some were boring and some were horrible. While I am not a huge Maroon 5 fan, their music stands on its own. Didn't need the "contributions" of Travis Scott or Big Boi IMHO. I would prefer seeing a single musical artist perform, not a conglomerate. If the act isn't good enough to stand on their own merits then keep looking. Also, to all entertainers, stop politicizing everything. Colin Kaepernick really does suck and was a horrible QB when he started his protest. He isn't hired because he sucks. Again, just my opinion but the stats don't lie.

Agree with you on all.....except ‘15 Broncos.....that game was awful, awful.

 

The ‘13 Seahawks was incredible D....maybe the best I’ve seen in a SB....I originally was pulling for Denver in that game. By halftime, I was pulling for the Seahawks to pitch a shutout.

Oil of Olay commercial with the murder trying to break into the house was pretty funny. Aside from that, very few commercials even worth mentioning.

It was a great game for a guy at work. He won $105,000 on a $2000 square in a pot. Had 3&3, won forward and backward 2nd and 4th quarters.

I just marvel every year that a company will spend millions of dollars and months/years planning a SuperBowl commercial to have absolute GARBAGE come out the other end. How hard is it to test run these commercials in a focus group? I've seen those kinds of focus groups before, you're walking through a mall, they have a room or kiosk setup, they can show you the commercial and judge reactions. Just how in the heck does this kind of garbage make it through any sort of testing?

 

I thought the T-Mobile adds were great. The Amazon ad was good. I liked the Audi ad too bc I'm intrigued by the e-Tron prototypes.

 

I feel like in an hour I could storyboard something funnier than half the commercials that I saw yestrday. At least half of them were just awful.

We "somewhat" watched the Superbowl....boring. Very disappointed in the commercials. When is Budweiser going to learn that the ONLY commercials we want to see should have the Clydesdales in them! Didn't watch the halftime show.......enjoyed the Puppy Bowl instead. Oh....and one more thing, Tony Romo talks way too much!

Watched the whole thing and enjoyed it. As a Patriots fan it was easy to enjoy though :)

 

Never trailed and essentially dictated the flow of the entire game.

 

Patriots are just so disciplined, fundamentally sound, and well coached.

 

I thought for sure this was the season that a Steelers, Ravens, Chiefs, etc. team would knock NE out of the playoffs. They just didnt seem dominating at any point in the season.

Ok, maybe Kaepernick isn't the worst QB ever and Peterman has worse stats. Be that as it may, a QB with only one dimension or maybe more than one dimension but less than two isn't going to last in the NFL. Good NFL defenses already knew how to play Kaepernick which made him predictable. His play his last couple of years speaks clearly.

The game was awful, indeed... but Von Miller put up on a show and was unstoppable.

 

I rather liked Superbowl 50. I thought it was a terrific game. (coming from a Bronco's fan). While I didn't make it to the Superbowl, I was at the AFC Championship game. I believe Tom Brady was knocked down 22 times in that game, the most he had ever been taken to the ground. The Bronco's defense was absolutely outstanding, Miller was outstanding, the "No Fly Zone" was outstanding.
