anyone game them? what are they similar to? gamer urethanes that is...

I have the TF Gamers a shot when they were 2 for $22. They feel good, but for some reason are just short in distance. Not by just a couple yards, but a noticeable distance. Driver was over 10 yards shorter and more. I played one and gave the rest away shortly after.
