Vokey L vs M vs Cleveland X-low

I have used the Vokey M grind as my lob wedge for the past 3-4 years and love the grind but would love some more versatility around the greens. I got a Cleveland x-low and you can open the face wide open for green side shots which is something you cannot do with the M grind. The only con with the Cleveland is it is useless for full swing shots because there is so little bounce on it. For anybody who has experience with these wedges how would they all compare? Im thinking about going M grind 62 bent to 60 or X-low bent weak from 58 to 60. I would preferably stay with all an all vokey set so Im also wondering if the L grind would be closer to the x-low grind type rather then the M. Main question is which vokey L or M is closer to x-low grind type?

L grind is closest. The M is more middle bounce.

Yes, L or T which I don’t believe is a retail grind any longer but can be found on wedgeworks.

Yes. Bounce is more up front with the xlow.

T grind = x low

V and S grind had a baby= mid grind

M grind = low

Retail L grind is really weird. It’s got a high bounce narrow sole.

I just hit the RTX 4 and the feel is incredible on these wedges. Way better then my vokeys

If you're looking for a 60 that you can open up but still hit close to full shots with you might want to consider a scooped sole. Something like the TM HI-Toe, Callaway PM Grind or the PING ES. Scooped in the middle of the sole to let you open it up but with some bounce on the rear for the 3/4 to full shot. My personal favorite of the 3 I mentioned is the HI-TOE. I use to have the L grind and never liked the way it opened up. However I thought is was really good for 3/4 to full shots and out of the bunker. The 'actual' bounce on the L grind is actually pretty high. Either way, make sure you try before you buy :-)

I was actually thinking about a high toe now that you say that. Would the stock or ATV grind be the one with the "scooped" sole?
