I just purchased a hybrid from him. Because of the time of year when porch pirates are bad, I asked him if he would send signature required. He did so and without any additional charge. The item arrived as advertised, well packaged, quicker than I could ever imagined and confirmed by Ping to be authentic.

Bought many things from M’sGO either via eBay or through website (get on their email list for deals) and have always been happy. Best one was buying a used epic sz 15* head from them at a great price. Received in great condition, used for many months and happened to noticed one day that it had a TC serial number. Never hesitate to buy from them! They also have a great trade in program that will take in many items beyond clubs.

If you’re ever passing through Hartford, CT you should stop by and see his place. Been a few years since I was there, so maybe double check first that he’s still open to the public. He’s across from the old Golfer’s Warehouse space for anyone who’s local to Hartford and is old enough to remember Golfer’s Warehouse. And yes, it’s literally a warehouse. Just an absolute club ho’s dream. Very cool place and a great guy.

They offered me some money back, but I don’t think what they offered is acceptable when I bought a “brand new” head. A chip like that can easily spread so if I’m going to take that risk then I think I should get more back.

I used to live nearby. You should see the place! It's in some ratty industrial estate and tucked away to boot. But, once through the door your head spins. Nothing fancy, just wall to wall and floor to ceiling racks of clubs . . . whatever you want, they've got three or thirty-three of 'em somewhere in the joint.

The good - yeah, I bought many things from Mikes. great & fair prices and quick ship. I can't recall ever having a bad bad or shipment from Mike. Unlike quickship and some others who come in really thrashy boxes.

 

The bad - pray that Mike's not selling the same club as you're selling. He's hard to beat. If you do, you'll have to "ride" it out. His prices are close to real market. But fair.
