I was about to pull the trigger on the club cameron membership and it told me i was still active even though my membership should have expired in Jan...well i didnt renew and i am not active so I cannot see anything (as it should be). the gamble did not pay off for me today...

Snagged me a putter cover and a putting path tool...nothing really to write home about. The good news is that I got everything I wanted and didn't get cart sniped or anything!

Nice little release. Grabbed a cover and putting path. Also got a black jj hat, blue jj towel and a divot tool to make the shipping cost a little more worthwhile. I wonder how limited the cover is. Been a long time since I've seen a pink cover.

But with tax & shipping...there's no way this thing is worth nearly $100. That's absurd.

It would be nice if the SC site had the option to save credit card info...would make checking out a lot faster thus improving one's chance of actually getting what they put in their cart.

 

There's a checkout timer that's been in place for about a year so once you add to your cart it's yours for 5 minutes to complete checkout

 

I wouldn't fully trust that checkout timer. it's been known to fail on previous releases and people get cart sniped.

 

There’s been a couple releases without it where that happened but I’ve yet to see anyone lose something in their cart with the timer and that includes on bag releases

So who do I have to burn that this is two months of releases thinking I did something wrong only to find out that they don't even have my membership as active? I could understand not hitting refresh enough and missing out but this is beyond aggravating.

I got the headcover and putting path as well. Also got the white visor and JJ towel from previous releases because I couldn't justify paying $15 for shipping for a hat and towel only.

they're not anywhere for us to see. only those close to staff members or the man himself may know if they ask him. even that, they don't always advertise the number of covers.

Too late on the cover = bummer. Guess that's what happens when work gets in the way. First cover I've been interested in for a while.

Not really worth it, honestly.

 

Would have cost me $94 to buy it. If I sold it for $110...with 10% going to eBay, 4% going to PayPal, then shipping on top of it? Might break even after putting in a bunch of work and time.

 

I'm only going to be buying to use from now on. Unless it's a Masters cover. Or a stand bag. Those two might be some of the few you can make money flipping.
