Titleist T1 and T4 drivers?

He was saying the T1 would be targeting slower swing speeds (seniors) and the T4 would be smaller like the 915D4. The T4 has my attention. He acted like they would be out sooner than later.

I agree that they will be out sooner than later if there are already rumors. No way they are leaking with intentions of a 2020 release.

Considering they just released ts2/3 in the fall 2 years after the 917 two new drivers a year later is t typical titleist release in the US

No.. I was hoping to have a little more but he was fairly tight lipped after that. I did see the new Camerons and the slate blue Vokeys, I ordered 2 on the spot from him.

 

He was also talking about the new concept irons in cavity and muscle back, supposed to be crazy expensive and only released in the larger markets.

 

 

I am very interested to see the T4, as I always played the 915D4 and still have one.

Makes sense they would be interested in releasing something smaller than 460, the TS drivers is the first time in a long time Titleist haven't offered a 440ish CC driver in their OTR selection.

I certainly can see it as being possible that Titleist would look to go down that route although, as I said a few weeks ago, I wonder if this might be the reintroduction oft he MOTO offerings that Titleist had when they came out with the 915D4 a few years ago.

 

If they do come out with them, my hope is that the headcovers might be better than those for the TS2 and TS3.

Don't worry Titleist will be going to annual driver releases like TM and Callaway. That alone automatically lowers spin.
