Best Fairway Wood off the Deck - 2018/2019

Hey all... looking at a new fairway wood for this season. I mainly use a 5 wood off the deck, and looking for something that sits fairly square without a ton of draw spin, and is easy to launch high. Obviously with a fairway wood, I'm not using it on every hole, so potentially looking at some models from last year. Really interested in the Callaway Rogue, Cobra F8, and the new Titleist TS2.

Anyone have some thoughts?

Agreed. The rogue is easy to hit and launch. However, can't really go wrong with any of the ones you listed. It really comes down to looks at address and shaft options. All 3 will perform.

Since they came out, I've only used TaylorMade 3HL's. They're incredibly easy to hit off the deck. In fact, my current gamer is a 2016 M2 3HL.. it's such an amazing club.

If you are looking for the value play I'd suggest the 917 F2 16.5 @ $190 new

The previous gen Titleist fairways look & perform great, and did not suffer from the same shortcomings as the drivers.

I love my m3 because of the smaller profile and shallower face.

Well I gamed the F8 all last year and have the TS2 now. F8 was fantastic - super easy to hit off the deck, very forgiving. TS2 gave me all of that and a bit more ball speed and about 10 more yards of carry.

For the money, you won't find a much easier club to hit off the deck than the F8.

I have the TS2, but considering looking at the F9. I like the looks of it as well. Maybe the f9 in a 5 wd?

Try the tour version of the F9 fairway. Low spin, neutral setup but still easy to launch.

Rogue Sub Zero in any loft (seriously)....with same shaft in rogue sub zero vs rogue off the deck the sub zero easier to launch ( for me at least ) ....probably due to head and sole design.

I'm surprised no one's mention Mizuno's Fwy's from last year. They're shallow face and easy as to launch off the deck.
