I'm not sure if you're flipping but I am also working on not flipping. Everyone's different, but I increased my shaft lean at impact by using below drills. Also, for me, the more I strengthened my grip and the more I bow my left wrist during swing, the more natural shaft lean feels to me at impact.

For me, focusing mostly on my wrists seemed to be what got me to lean the shaft at impact.

Closed face drill - I did this with a stronger grip than I normally play with. You basically have to lean the shaft to hit a ball striaght from such a closed position. If you flip at all, ball will go left.

Punisher drill

Great explanation shaft lean/wrists/grip

You could try monty's no-turn and cast drill. People on here have success with that drill.

I highly recommend filming your swings in slow mo while you're experimenting with new feels so you can verify if you're actually changing anything. I've wasted countless hours thinking I'm doing something correctly only to find out it was complete waste of time.

Ball way too far back in stance, and you need to not swing to right field so much. Steeper shoulders on backswing will likely help, and keeping left shoulder low much longer on downswing will help.

Use a mirror to help you figure out how to move first, then slow mo swings and work up to full speed.

Will take some getting used to, its a big difference from where you are now.

It's a little hard to say for sure. Camera angle is quite low, prefer it to be about waist high. It seems to be slightly too far forward as well. Try to get it in the middle of your stance at a 90* angle. Lastly try to get the frame rate higher so the club doesn't blur so much. A down the line view would also be necessary.

Flipping is usually a necessary compensation made to square the face. I see some lateral shift. Shaft lean is usually accompanied by a good body rotation. A large lateral shift makes it hard for your body to rotate and if you can rotate from that position, you may wiff the ball entirely. Second if you lean the shaft the face opens, so you need to square it elsewhere. A motorcyle move with the wrist is a great way to do that.

I second the motorcycle move to get yourself in position to be able to lean the shaft. I imagine I'm DJ bowing my left wrist - altho at best my wrist is just flat. If you want, you can start swing with your wrist already flat/bowed, as Martin Chuck shows in his video. Club face will be very closed and you try to hit it straight by leaning the shaft. Or you can bow left wrist as part of your backswing or maybe at top.

There's a lot that needs to go right to obtain shaft lean though. My wrists and weak grip happened to be two pieces that were preventing me from getting some shaft lean.

Copperjeff can you give me examples of steeper shoulders in backswing and keeping left shoulder lower.

Sorry for not replying sooner...

Your shoulder turn is currently too close to parallel to the ground. Needs to be more vertical, ideally about 90 degrees to spine angle.

In downswing you immediately drop your right shoulder and left shoulder comes up right away. Left shoulder should stay below right until hands get near rear thigh, at that point shoulders should be levelish. Trying to swing to right field, or trying to swing in to out, or trying to hit up on the ball will all cause right shoulder to drop too much. Also when right shoulder drops so much it moves low point back in swing, hence ball position needing to change as well.
