I started using them before i got hurt and theyre incredible.I was just cleared to start using them again and cant wait as i have lost some speed. its great for all the stability muscles.You wont feel any difference and then suddenly your hitting your irons 5-6 yards longer and your driver 12-15 longer. No joke.If you struggle with transition this will help as well as the extra weight will help you "feel the head". Well worth the money as you will swing slightly faster but more importantly under control.

Rory looks like a CLOWN. He could have pulled off those clothes with some ultra snazzy SFJ classic leather brown shoes but with those "things" on his feet he looks like a tool.

Was skeptical of Phil playing here after 6 years off. Seemed like it had been forever since he had a chance to win when he finally stopped showing up (Won in 97 2nd in 2001 not much after) but man he looks really good today after an iffy start.

 

Also from watching PGA Tour Live - Phil is averaging 120.62 MPH on the tours radar holes. 16th on tour. At 48. He gained 4-5 mph at 48.
