Generally once you use it you cannot buy something else with the same code. In the past people have gotten around this checking out as a guest.

 

Otherwise you can load your cart up with multiple items, fine print says $100 maximum discount I believe.

Should work on Best Offer items, you just need to be able to check out by 7PM PST, so there's a bit of a gamble.
