I don't get why he went to the drop zone. He bounced it over the green, so he could have dropped on the narrow section of the path. Maybe it just wasn't a good angle to the pin from there, but I have to think it's easier than a 50 yard down wind wedge shot.

I've had the situation before where I've left home to go eat that with the plan to drive directly to course afterwards. Then, after eating it (with about 3 cups of coffee), I'm like, "I better drive home first".

It's like that time he won the WGC match play while doing a bunch of theatric back stretching routines all over the course. I remember him being on the first tee doing all this crazy stretching like he was dying in pain, then piped one like 350 yards onto the green.

 

Is he playing through crazy stuff like Tiger did for all those years, or is he really just as big of a wimp as I am?
