I would think the iBlade would be the one for that.

That's what I was thinking. But can you still order them with custom shafts, specs, etc.? I thought they were going out of production or something.

If you play around with the TT shaft selector, if you pick all the same options that give you s300, when you choose a lighter option, it bumps you to the 120 x100.

I just put these in the bag. Usually play MP18 (mb) with Modus 120S. Decided to try something new. Tried 718 CB, Apex Pro Smoke but weren't better than MP18. Im one of few who doesn't like the feel/sound of Apex Pro. Decision came down to 919 Tour or Ping I210. I literally let me buddy who owns a golf shop decide. He sent me I210. Will report back after trying them. Look great so far!!!!

I’m back with Ping after a year of playing good golf with P790’s. Ended up going back to ping (previously i200 owner) for more consistent spin with the 5-7 irons. I hit the 790’s well, but front pins were a challenge. Love the feel and performance of my new irons. Was 175 down wind to a firmbykvv15d9wmm.jpeg

green, and hit a 7 iron that stopped within 8 feet of its pitch mark. The same shot with my TM’s would have released 35 feet.

Played i200s, now i210s power spec recoil 95s. Fantastic, best turf interaction ever, easy enough to hit with great feel, perfect offset, compact enough.

Almost started a srixon u85 thread (haven't yet) but let me say the u85s are perfect long iron complements to i210.

Whatever i210 long iron starts to launch a little low or with gapping issues, switch over to u85. Standard u85 shaft is recoil 95, fantastic. High and long without jacked up lofts (i210 and u85 5i are both 26*).

PJones.....what were you playing before? I'm trying to decide between i210 with power specs, i500, and Srixon Z585. Yes, I know that they are all different, but they were pretty close during my fitting (indoor launch monitor) and I won't have a problem playing any of them.

From a pure number standpoint, the i500 was the winner, but I'm leaning towards the i210 or z585.

Love my 210s. I lost about 5 yards per club in distance but gained some fantastic height. I had to play a few rounds to adjust to the gaps, but it worked out in the end. I was properly fitted as that made a huge difference and am using px lz 5.5 shafts.

I tried 500s as well, and they don't even feel as close to smooth as my 210s. I wouldn't change my mind.

I hit Apex Cfs, Mizuno hot metal, i500, i210, Cobra f9.

I tried i500s, was looking at a possible mixed set i210 with i500 longer irons. Didn't make sense...i500s felt like crap compared to i210s, spin numbers looked suspect.

Mixing in srixon u85s on long end has been perfect - good looking, high flying, quick stopping, easy long irons, similar feel, basically same offset and same shafts as my i210s.

Ive played 3 round with the i210 with S300 (not DG 120, Old school S300)

So far so good. I'm getting great height and stopping power with the short irons. The 4 iron is a breeze to hit. The 3 iron is a rocket off the tee.

They are a LIttle chunky and I'm still not convinced of the added preceived forgiveness over AP2.

I am going to give the i210 4 more rounds - 2 at each of my courses. I am happy so far with them but not over the moon happy.

I currently have iBlades in the bag which I absolutely love. I keep getting the urge to give the i210's a go and worry that I'll regret it. I just don't know if the i210's will be that much more forgiving. I struggle sometimes with the iBlade 4 iron, but when I do, it's usually not exclusive to that particular iron. It's usually my swing as a whole.
