Want to Play Stanford Golf Course

Stanford Golf Course is on my bucket list. I'm looking for a current student or alumni who can get me on as a guest. Of course, favor will be reciprocated :-) Donation to the school or charity of your choice; reciprocal round at course of your choice; etc. I'm sure we can work something out :-) I'm a mid-handicap, play pretty fast, easy going. My nephew is a Stanford alum and I plan to play there sometime. He doesn't play golf, yet, so I'll have to give him a lesson. He worked for Condie Rice on one of her books, ideally we'd be playing with her as well. I drove him from Oxford to Cambridge a few years ago so he owes me. I can't help you but I'll let you know what the course is like if I manage to play there.

The course is undergoing some updates/improvements. Hole 1 is currently closed. The layout is at the course restaurant and that is open to anyone.

wait until the course is renovated... ITs kinda crappy right now. I got out there a couple of times last month and had to skip like 4 holes, its a mess. Should be perfect next spring hopefully

Not too sure. I believe Tigers was on the first fairway.

We played there in a college tournament and it was maybe 30-40 yards where my ball ended up.
