Any DLX 2019 owners care to share their experiences of the bag so far?

I'm currently weighing it up against the Pioneer or a SM Sync but I am swaying more towards the DLX.

I did previously own the 2017 DLX so I'm keen to see whats changed beyond the looks. Is this years a bit lighter? Are the pockets more flexible as I seem to remember it being a bit tight on the apparel pocket?

I've not had it out on the course as yet but first impressions seems like a big improvement over the previous 2017 model I had.

Pockets seem well thought out and possibly more spacious and I'm pleased to see that they moved the rain cover away from the pocket under the strap as that always caused me issues on the clicgear pushing the bag to one side. Much lighter too!

I bought the 2019 version some weeks ago and I can agree to what Steven mentioned. It has a waterproof pocket for your belongings and the workmanship seems to be pretty good. Honestly, I do not think the bag will match the quality of SunMountain. The SM bags play in a different league. I once heard that in China there are more or less 3 factories producing golf bags. Quality A, B and C. At B OEM manufacturers are queuing and there are very few companies that produce in quality A. SM is one of them. Of course, I can not prove this statement, but it makes sense for me.

After spending an hour or so comparing the three Ping cart bags today at a local PGA Superstore, I decided to pull the trigger on a DLX. Well pleased.
