Ryoma F3 is an incredibly long and forgiving beast! Most times I can match or exceed my driver distance off the deck. It's the only club in my bag that has a PERMANENT spot. A true equalizer. I'm never worried about my mishit-short or slightly errant drives as it almost always gives me a shot at being on in regulation. Can't count the number of times it's bailed out my unworthy arse!

Glad to hear such +++s on the F3. I just bought the Ryoma F3 with the Beyond Power Shaft off of the BST of Tourspecgolf and I can't wait to put it into play. As soon as I get some game-time with it, I'll post my review.

It should not disappoint. Sound is off putting to me but makes me look better than I am.

I can vouch for what Steelhead wrote - I too have the Ryoma F3 and it is a beast. by far the longest FW I have ever hit. Destroyed my Epic - not even in the same league.

Roddio has turned out the best imo..,by far...can’t kick them, just got a new set...baffy, 21 hyute...with lunar/stella...

I have a roddio hybrid and it is awesome.....I have not found a 3 wood used from them st a price I would pony up for as an experiment yet as I still pump a 913F with AD shaft that I love, only non JDM club in bag, but I imagine the roddio FWs are awesome based on the hybrid being the only one I have gotten along with. A guy I play with says the sound off it is unlike my other clubs too, but I don't notice it. All I know is I can actually fade it/hit it straight and it goes high...addi shaft in it.

I have a Honma TW 727 18* 5 wood that I really like, easy to launch and has a very stable Vizard shaft. Great sound and feel and has a very traditional pear/round shape at 157 cc.

There's one on Ebay plus a 3 wood.

Didn’t think I would ever replace Callaway epic sub zero fairways but I did. The jBeam g-fw all titanium fairways are longer, have a nice high, straight ball flight and are very forgiving. The feel and sound are better too.
