Hoofer to Hoofer Lite

I'm currently using a Hoofer from 2016 and it's time to get a new bag. I really like the look of the black camo but only comes on the Hoofer 14/Lite versions only. Anyone make a transition to the smaller Lite and did you find it to have enough room? Can't stand the 14 dividers so thats out of the question.

i hated the new hoofer lite...the pockets are very hard to get in / out of. It's a very poor design. I'd recommend going to a shop to see it in person first.

Damn. I'll have to go take a look today. Really intrigued by the new Titleist Hybrid 5 bag too.......in grey

Check out the TaylorMade Flextech Lite...that's what I just bought as my replacement for the Ping Hoofer Lite and love it. They also offer free personalization for the ball pocket.

I have the previous gen model of the Flextech Lite and love it. Straps are beyond comfortable, although my sole gripe is that they could be a bit easier to adjust. Plenty of pocket room for me and it just looks sharp to.

+1 for the flextech. Two guys in our shop have them and they're great bags. I was considering picking one up myself but there is really nothing wrong with my ping 4under so I held off for now

Recently picked up the Collegiate bag which is basically a Hoofer Lite (I think) pretty sturdy bag, but the pockets aren't as accessible as other bags I've used e.g. Ogio, Wilson & Sun Mountain.

I will say the build quality seems A1 and the base rides on a cart/trolley much easier. Over time the nylon will probably soften and the pockets will be easier.

Thanks for all the input. I went and actually just replaced my old Hoofer with a new Hoofer in grey. I think the familiarity of the Hoofer made it harder for me to try and use a new bag.
