How many brands are in your bag?

Lol my bag is the classic idgaf about brands. I want each spot to be the best for my game and my eye

I swap a number of clubs in depending on conditions. I have 6-9 brands in my bag.

I have 3 different brand utility irons in my current setup alone lol

That would be not „the best for my eye“ and the result of that would be bad for my game!

But each to their own

Have you tried a bag like mine to say it would be bad for your game. Have you spent the hours seeing performance across the board including turf interaction comparing one brand as opposed to another.

Langer plays diff long irons that are 20 years old cause they work. You may like a driving iron at 18* to be a rocket launcher, then depart to something high and soft at 21*. You may like a vokey 48, and a different sand wedge. This is a method employed by many.

It’s like having a r9 driver, rbz 3w, m3 5w, p790 utility irons, 750 blades, mg wedges and hi toe lob. Same brand meant nothing there cause the models are so different from one another.

Best club for the spot imo is correct mentality. brand or model is irrelevant. As long as the specs, shaft and aesthetics blend well - that’s what is most important and a superior way to build the bag in most cases

In my Callaway Org 15, I'm now carrying Cobra driver and woods, Callaway irons, Titleist wedges, and a Scotty Putter, but I'm thinking of going back to the Odyssey Versa 1W Tank, so 4 either way...with Bridgestone balls.

In the Wilson Exo II:
Driver - 2017 Taylormade M1
3 wood - 2016 Taylormade M1
7 wood - Callaway XR Steelhead Heavenwood
Irons Staff - Wilson C300 Forged 4-GW
Wedges - Cleveland RTX 4 54* / 58*
Putter - Wilson Staff Infinite Windy City

I promise no offence taken. Just sharing some wisdom and backing it up. Would love to debate it.

Up to 3 now from 2. I am swapping out my Mizuno s18 wedges for Cleveland rtx-3 wedges that I was fit into. Also I have three different putters right now. A Scott futura 5s, bettinardi BB1, and a piretti matera 2. Pretty sure the piretti will be my gamer but the bettinardi is a close second. The Scotty will end up getting sold or traded in. Might end up getting a Newport 2 lol.

2 or 3. Titleist driver, driving iron, irons, wedges. Taylormade fairway wood and putter. Will swap in a callaway hybrid for driving iron.

Which hybrid?

Holy Cow. I open this thread up for the first time ever and as big as it is I was expecting the OP's original question to have been long passed by and some other type of discussion going on.

Has this thread seriously survived nearly 6 years and accumulated over 2200 posts of just guys endlessly listing the number of brands in their current (and always changing - come on this is GolfWRX) bags, one after the other? Shouldn't this have been a poll instead?

Sorry no contribution on subject here. Just a little surprised...
