We have a goodwill I call goodwill by the pound, it is the last stop for items from the regional stores. There are huge blue bins on wheels that get loaded with junk. You pay for your items based upon weight, it’s $1 .19 per pound. Found 4-pw mizuno mp58 s300 in pretty good used condition ...probably 8 lbs or about $10.003e4eh2iduen8.jpeg

Trust me that is way high for scrap prices. Scrap now like golf clubs are going 4 1/2 cents per pound. I work for a Metal Recycling company. I bet my boss would love to get $1.19 per pound for scrap at the shredder

Hit a small jackpot today at a yard sale. Found a Macgregor FC -4000 Toney Penna 11 iron in good shape. Newer Lamkin wrap grip and original Pro-Pel shaft with band intact. Lady said give her 0.50-- Heck I gave her a $1

nice set of Ram Custom 100 irons. clean heads and faces. Ram CustomLite shafts - possibly R flex.

can't find anything on the web about this model. sleek compact heads are same size as TA 845's and five iron is 37 and a half.

not stainless as they hold a magnet. worth some grips and a tryout.

might be fun to custom paintfill these.

I have never seen but one worn out and that was the PW my old man carried for 20 + years. This one is a little worn as far as the CF is but the grooves are good. I did not get a chance to hit it today because I have some sort of inflammation in the ball joint of my left foot. The Doc thought at first it may have been a touch of Gout but now it is some type of inflammation. Can not put enough weight on my left side to hit a ball

I knew they looked sorta familiar. I have never seen a set in person. The Cally Bobby Jones I hit a set that was used a few years back did not like the feel. May have been the shafts I do not remember what shafts were in them

Probably the Memphis 10 - an odd shaft for the times

https://www.golfdigest.com/story/masters-2019-ian-woosnam-says-the-walking-is-killing-me-and-that-its-likely-his-last-masters-appearance

Did you see Ian Woosnam with the Ram hat and bag at the 2019 Masters?

His deal is with Forgan Golf of St Andrews, and they are offering Ram clubs on their website. Apparently they have acquired some rights to that brand. I would have thought D!ck's (that's a bad word apparently these days. My original post showed *****) Sporting Goods would own the rights to Ram from their acquisition of The Sports Authority, but perhaps they sold those rights or perhaps they only apply to the USA.

Based on the Forgan website offerings I doubt if Woosie is actually bagging any Ram branded clubs. He's had some interesting bags over the years. One of them was "HIPPO" as in the 400cc Hippo Giant driver.

I'm guessing D!ck's only acquired the USA rights. When Snake Eyes was acquired by Golfsmith 20 years ago or so, it was only for the US market; you could still buy Snake Eyes clubs in Europe. Same with Lynx, they have product in the UK, but were a Golfsmith brand in the early-mid 2000s.

I wouldn't mind seeing Ram keep going somewhere. :)

I grabbed some 762s (5,6,8,9) for $2.99 a piece. If I didn't have the PW sitting at home I probably would have left them there.

Hogan PO1 putter; Callaway Hyper X driver with stiff Blue Grafalloy.

Picked up a set of Hogan Precision irons 2-Equalizer and the persimmon Precision woods 1-2-5 at Value Village.

missing is the 3 iron. The 9 iron is a later "sunburst"with 3ring groove on the hosel, all others have the knurl.

I don't know the production year of the "knurl"

The 7-E irons have the chrome well worn on the face, but still usable.

Just took a bagload of twenty sticks over to the gripping station at our course to get redone.

Guy about 65 says, 'Wow, real woods.'

this is going to be a serious vintage game season.

Big thanks to our friend Richard 77 for the box that arrived for many of these additions.

I went dumpster diving for the first time in quite some time (I listed a couple dozen clubs on eBay so I needed boxes again). Got a Titleist stand bag and 3-9 of Maruman SP55 irons. I know next to nothing about the irons.

Yep I noticed that the other night about DSG so someone on here said it is now for purposes of WRX Richards Sporting Goods.

Yep I can remember when Woosie endorsed Hippo stuff---- We were a Hippo dealer at the golf shop. I swear I do not remember selling any of that stuff---- LOL Big John tried to get me to wear a Hippo hat at a show we went to in Charlotte one year--- I told him not no but H-e-l-l No!!! A big guy like me wearing a Hippo hat. I would have ended up killing some smart Word not allowed

Say, those are some really nice Citations August! Thanks for posting pics. I had a gut feeling they were worth seeing. Haha

I have a singular Citation 5 wood of similar design but nowhere near the beautiful condition of yours. Mine has a TT Dynamic "C" shaft in it and it's a snap-hook horror for me. I keep it around because it's got the smallest face of any club I've ever owned and is a good little practice tool to have for the range when I'm getting sloppy. If I can hit that I can hit anything. I measured the face height and it's less than one inch! I also have an older Citation 4 wood in persimmon and the face height on it is more like 1-1/4" so the little 5 wood is definitely odd. Citation laminates are very, very solid heads. I'd post a pic or two but haven't figured out how to do that with this new site yet...
