Aldila tour green x stiff vs Evenflow T1100 x stiff

Anybody make a swap from Aldila to Evenflow

I figured someone else would have chimed into this by now.

 

The Aldila Tour Green and PX Evenflow White are two different bend profiles and would play differently.

The closest PX Evenflow bend profile to the Aldila Tour Green would be the "Black"

Outside of the EI profiles and specs on paper, I can't tell you what shaft would be better for you without seeing you swing your driver or being able to read some launch monitor data you provide.

 

The best option is to see a knowledgeable local fitter in your area that would be able to help you work through your preference for feel (bend profiles). Ask a lot of questions in the fitting, tell the fitter what your goal is for the fitting, communicate as much as possible during the process.

these are completely different animals. one is designed to feel smooth -- one is designed to feel one piece in nature and by most accounts; "boardy" or stable.

 

the aldila tour green atx proto (i assume you meant this one) is very stable/firm feeling and very little linear energy transfer; the white on the other hand is energetic in nature and for me, felt loose at times. with all due respect to the even flows -- i didn't get along with any of them overly well. the best i had was a heavy weight black tipped a bit.

I play the tour green in my m1 driver now and i bought Titleist ts 2 3 wood and have the evenflow in that and i like it, thats why i was asking.
