I can't believe that the tungsten makes such a huge difference. I think it will be depending on strike location.

If the numbers were measured on trackman or Flightscope it would be a different story.

Played the first round with my set this past Sunday. The feel off the face is better than my MP18 MMC in my opinion. I think I was losing a little yardage due to potentially weaker lofts with the MBs but I love the AMT S300 tour white shafts and the set looks mean AF all blacked out. I built the irons to a progressive SW from about D0.6 in the 4 to D3.6 in the PW. Feel is money. Need to log some more range time and now deciding between the king utility 3 iron and my F7 hybrid.

I thought the tungsten positioning really stabilized these heads. They are definitely a low launching, small players iron. I didn’t find them to be the softest feeling set I’ve ever played but that easily could’ve been my shaft choice. Good ball strikers are welcome. Surprisingly I find my Wilson Staff Blades more forgiving and far better feeling. Both share one common trait, lots of bounce. BB

Does anyone have photos of the full CB set? I like the idea of the low offset CB, just curious to see what they actually look like. In all online reviews, the 6-iron CB looks noticeably larger than the 7-iron MB in transition. Not necessarily a bad thing if you're going full CB, and I know the MB's are Miura Baby Blade small anyway.

The CB is not noticeably larger they are very similar in size, both quite small and compact. BB

agreed, from the top there is very little difference. The sole is a touch thicker is the biggest difference. I am playing a full set of the CBs,. While I kinda wish I had a full set of blades simply because of how they look, I do not think I am missing anything else.

While I love blades, I am thinking of going to a full set of the CB’s. How is the performance of the longer irons?

FWIW (I am a 7hc, so YMMV), I originally bought the full set CBs 5-w and a Forged Tec 4i because I was a little scared to hit the long irons coming from much bigger iE1s (TBH I would've blended the set up to 6i if the lofts weren't so different between the two). After the purchase I hit my CB 5i really well and didn't love the difference in topline and offset looking down at my 4i, so I bought the CB 4i to complete the set and love it.

If you're talking the 3i or (gulp) 2i, I can't give any insight there...

They are good. I am very happy with the set. I am wondering if the $ tapers shafts create too much spin though. I fight to keep the spin down at times. I am thinking about switching to something like the tp5x to see if that helps.

TP5x is great in that regard. Very long off driver as well. Just test and make sure the green side and putting performance work well for you.
