Somehow we can't keep enough Apothic Red in the house. Actually have a place where the cold water intake pipe comes into the house and keeps the room in the basement a wine comfy 56 degrees. Have a couple of racks in there and some "nicer" bottles too. There are certain times of the year when the basement is a much better place to be if you know what I mean.

Oh dang, good look. That's pretty weak. I've only bought used balls from GolfBallsDirect before and they have them listed as separate balls. They have the 4-piece in 4A condition now for $7: https://golfballsdirect.com/Kirkland_Signature_Used_Golf_Balls_AAAA_p/608-gkirk12vm.htm

yeah anyone ordering from lgb might've been disappointed to order them and thinking they were all ksig and getting some k3's in the process. i only went to check the price and noticed it.

Ah, cool. It's been a couple of weeks since I've been to ours so maybe the spring stuff has made it's appearance. I've never seen any Kirkland balls in store so that would be a nice surprise.

I never had seen Kirkland ball in store before either, so was surprised too. Just wish they were the 4-piece. :)

Too much spin. I think it was TXG who reviewed them and found spun more than any ball tested.

Driver: Cobra F9 with HZRDUS SMOKE Stiff
3W: Titleist 917F2 w/Fujikura Speeder Pro Tour Spec 84 Stiff
2I: Srixon Z U65 18 Degree w/Miyazaki Kaula 7s
Irons: Mizuno MP-54 3-PW DG S300
Wedge: Vokey TVD 56 K-Grind
Wedge: Vokey SM6 60-12 K-Grind
Putter: Scotty Cameron Newport 2

TXG did the review. Link is posted a few pages back. If you're a high spin driver guy, this ball is not for you. As far as irons go, if you've never spun a ball back, get you some of these and you'll think you're a tour pro.

That review is linked above. They actually said the spin on the 3 piece was comparable to the Pro V1, where the four piece spun less.

Probably the big reason why I'm not a fan of the 3 piece. The iron spin was way too much.

I'm a high spin player, and have been enjoying the new Kirkland balls... I haven't had major trouble with them into the wind, and they certainly perform great down wind for me. I like them just fine, especially at the price point. They aren't perfect, but they are cheap and perform.

Well crap. Went to our local Costco this weekend and they just had the Calloway balls, no Kirkland. I was hoping they'd be everywhere by now.

Not allowed because of spam included the Kirkland 3 piece in their 2019 Golf Ball Buyers Guide. https://Not allowed because of spam.com/most-wanted-golf-ball/ They basically came to the same conclusions that the posters on this forum have. That it has very high spin off the wedges and irons. Consequently it is significantly shorter on full iron shots. But still one of the longer balls off of the driver. It also had some consistency issues. They rated it in the "Good" (middle) category and say that is the number 2 ball for value.
