Finally Decided on My 2019 Clubs!!!!

Ive tinkered quite a bit in the offseason. More than normal. But after some range time, some GC2 quad time and a few round I've decided on the Clubs for 2019.

 

Driver:

TS2 10.5 Diamana LTD S+ 66g

Probably the best Feeling Driver I've hit in years. This driver is so good it's crazy. Best Titleist driver since 910. It's long enough (The SubZero Epic Flash was longer), it's forgiving (The M6 was a tiny bit more forgiving) and it looks and feels amazing. Overall when all factors are included it's the best. Tinkered with shafts for a bit but settled on the old faithful blueboard.

 

Fairway:

TS2 15 Deg

I havent played 3 woods for a while but I struggle to hit them. I've got that sorted out and can hit them decently now. I don't hit 3 woods enough to pay attention like a driver and generally like to match the big stick. Diamana LTD blue 76g is the perfect fairway shaft - set to a little flatter, a little higher.

 

Irons:

Ping I210 S300 3-PW

I liked these with DG 120 S300 but they are out of the ballpark good with S300. Long, feel good (So solid, such a solid thump with the S300), look good and are so easy to hit its a joke. I've played AP2 for 8 years mostly but had my best rounds ever with I20 with S300 so these were a natural fit.

 

Wedges:

SM7 52F 56S 60M Tour Issue DG S400

I use them all for full shots but around the greens the 52 are for long chips, 56 for standard pitches and 60M from the sand. What can be said about the SM7 they are amazing. I "MAY" Give the Ping Glide Forged a try. They feel amazing.

 

Putter:

Blue SPider X Tour. I suck at putting this putter is easy to line up so I'm using it. It's pretty good.

A few rounds in and I'm really really liking this setup.

The irons and wedges are great. All of the clubs are great so far.

I like everrything except my actual bag (2019 Players 4+). It's horrible. Last years players 4 was so much better going to find a new 2018 black players 4 somewhere.

I picked up a new Callaway APEX Hybrid today.

20 Deg stock PX Shaft to rotate with my 3 iron.

I scored my best tournament round ever with this setup on Sat.

Was sitting a cool 2 under after 11 but s*** the bed and Bogeyed 7 in a row to finish and shot a cool 75 which for me in competition is amazing in a tourney.

Having said that I miss the feel and looks of a forged iron.

Went back to the 2018 Players 4 bag. The 2019 titleist bags are flipping HORRIBLE.

I was going back and forth for a bit. Honestly the RTX actually perform a little better on full shots and partial shots.

The Vokeys feel better and are better (the m grind) on the touch shots around the green.

I could play either no problem. I have the RTX for sale as I bought the same set but in raw. I might actually stick with the cleveland for the season.

The M6 woods were good. The Driver wasn't the straightest thing ever. The TS2 was must straighter but not as long.

Time for something new. Atmos Blue in both woods
