Several GolfWRXers are going inside Titleist World Headquarters and Titleist Ball Plant 3, where they will meet the people and explore the technology that goes into making next generation Pro V1 and Pro V1x golf balls. They'll also visit Titleist’s Manchester Lane Test Facility, one of the game’s hidden gems, to see Titleist’s golf ball testing robots in action and conduct product testing of their own. And they'll get a behind-the-scenes tour of TItleist's custom ball operations (Plant C), where My Pro V1's come to life.

Heyooo! Been a good traveling day. Just landed in providence and getting a bite (unfortunately nothing great as all the restaurants are back through security) and just handling out until hipcheck gets here in about an hour and a half.

 

Super excited to see what’s in store. Ready to meet up with the other guys when they get in. I know one is already in the hotel and the others are semi local and have to work a little.

Super excited to be here for this. While I’m up early I’ll give a quick background of my golf game prior to our visit. I’m a high variable 10 index that can play well for a round and lose it, or lose it hole to hole. I’m obsessed with equipment and launch monitor numbers. I admit to minimizing the ball in my preparation though. 100% guilty of losing a ball and grabbing the next random one out of the bag. I’m really looking forward to learning more and hopefully using that to take my game forward.

Didnt get much sleep on account of being as excited as a kid on Christmas Eve, getting ready for some breakfast then headed out!

Ill also take a little about me while I’m waiting to go down stairs.

 

I’m a 10 handicap. Don’t swing too fast (about 95-98) but my short game is pretty good so ball wise I look to whatever can help me there. Feel is nice but I need performance. I’m a lower spin guy just due to the fact I don’t create a ton of speed so I generally will play higher spinning golf balls to help me with launch/greenside/etc. I love equipment, looking forward to learn a lot today and tomorrow.
