New HZRDUS Smoke.. T1100?

True temper, I hope this is essentially like the original t1100 but if it played just a tad softer in 6.5, like if it was a 6.25 flex.... For me the T1100 in 6.0 was too soft, and too stiff in 6.5 I think for most. There were some respectable wrxers that I think gave the t1100 a bad wrap for being too stiff, but I think that's because they did not sell project x shafts....but most people dont know that, they just promote shafts they did sell...

 

Wouldn't tipping a 6.0 be the easy solution for your situation? I tipped a 5.5 because 6.0 felt a bit too stiff even though 6.0 is my usual flex.

I don't recall people were giving T1100 bad rep for being too stiff, only that people were confirming that it was a very stout shaft but not as rebar like as the Black.

I guess I was talking about the 75g version. The 65g in 6.5 is good. Actually in my driver currently.

Sounds like one of those shafts that if you have to ask if you have enough speed/power for it...then you don't have enough speed/power for it. :lol:

Welp....we have a name! I think it's cool....would LOVE if they added a little purple to the color scheme. In my opinion, the most underutilized color in golf! I hate that it's associated with women's clubs and rarely used on mens.

 

I could not be more excited about this shaft, honestly. For a chronic tinkerer, the T1100 has been in my bag going on 3 years. So, if this is the same bend profile, etc., trying this will be a no brainer.

Wonder what the price point will be if it's not got the expensive paint from the HZRDUS, T1100 is in the Evenflow and those sell for $100, and it's not handcrafted in San Diego.

I was just fit into this shaft today. Utterly amazing. But I can’t find it anywhere to order and it wasn’t even in Club Champion’s system yet even though they had it for me to be fit. 6.0 flex instead of my usual 6.5 but that makes sense given it’s profile and in the One Mini. What a combo. Beat everything out and not even close.

I’ll get my hands on one of these eventually. The T1100 is in the bag and has been since I tested it on here. The EF T1100 made a brief appearance but nothing has remotely come close to supplanting the original t1100 for me. This green hulk is interesting for so many reasons in the 60 TX.

I ordered one of these from JDs clubs last week. They’ve been great to work with. I believe the release date is 6/10. DM on instagram worked for me. I’d be looking for an excuse to upgrade from Rogue SZ to Epic Flash SZ and this shaft did it. Been playing the HZRDUS yellow 76 6.5. Going with the Smoke Green 70 6.5 in the “Hulk”.
