I know this goes against GolfWRX policy, but why exactly would anyone pick the week of a major to put new stuff into play? Seriously, do this during another event or an off week. Makes zero sense IMO.

Not everything that's new is being put into play but all of the top guys in the world are there this week so you can have multiple guys test it for you on the range and give feedback in a single day.

125tx graphite iron. Dreams have been realized. Although I learned with the 125 recoil proto that anything above 110 in driving iron defeats the purpose unless vibration reduction is your first priority

I'm loving the 125 weight as well. Some of us are a few sore elbows from losing the ego and embracing graphite iron shafts.

I'd recommend the shaft be blank on one side for a clean look at address. Possibly even a matte finish that eliminates any glare?

Black is a great choice though as I believe steel shaft companies are progressing in this direction (at least with limited editions). Minor detail but if you want pros on board they generally like no graphics or anything to distract them. I obviously don't know anything about shaft design but if it replicates X100/S400 performance with the benefits of graphite.....winner.

Would love to see a constant weight 95 and 110 gram taper tip version. 125's are too heavy for most graphite lovers. Mitsubishi Chemical makes quality products and it's be great to have another competitor in the market to challenge UST Recoil and Steelfiber.

I’ve got a set with the steel fibers and the OTi110. I like the stiffness of the steelfibers in regards to feel in the hands, but the OTIs play so much better!

look very similar to the aldila (which they own) graphene tour iron proto shafts that popped up on this site along with the new green and blue tour (plus a black hybrid) shafts.
