whats wrong with what he said? its 100% accurate. its absolutely true most ams i teach have a weak fade/ slice because they use their arms and hands way too much and come over the top 95% of the time.

The wheels were coming off woodland on two separate occasions and the guy chipped in/hit a 40 foot putt for par. The difference between the ball going in and just being close to the hole from that distance is luck. Woodland SHOULD have shot 71 and be -9 today. The guy is one of the worst putters on tour yet is lapping the field in strokes gained this week. Law of averages says he falls back tomorrow.

He may fall back on Sunday , but he is the 54-hole leader because of his great play, not his luck. Besides, I think great shots produce what appear to be luck to the inexperienced viewpoint.

He's a really nice guy and during Weds. practice round he was signing a lot of autographs for everyone.

Completely agree. Funny how fast the user names on the disagree button were made to disapper ASAP but this horrible user interface, lack of old post counts, B/S/T feedback and other functions are no closer to being brought back than when the software changed. Crazy.

My WAG is Titleist doesn’t pay him to play their ball so he’s not going to give them any free advertising. Greg Norman started this. He was the first to turn the logo on Golf Pride grips to the underside and used a Sharpie to black out the Ping name on his putter grip in the days he used an Anser 2. Reason? No $$$ from GP or Ping.

Don’t be so hard on Paul. Late in the third round he informed me “the cream was rising to the top.” The talent to make insightful comments in such a clever way is pretty rare and really helps viewers understand what is happening in the championship.

Rose wins this 1 putting everything

Woody pulls a DJ start from 2010

Koepka fast start could make it interesting

Rory misses 16 five foot birdie putts but has wedge 2nd shot into 18 but gets par

Dumb bass ( fisherman) Zinger looks and acts like he just woke up and bored us to death with his awful commentary

Golf Channel preview show continues to focus on dogs on the beach and then more dogs on the beach

While the whoever he is host calls ‘ freaking Mark Rolfing ‘ the great Mark Rolfing ‘ wth great at what !

He’s the 54 hole leader because of two lucky miraculous par saves.

Exactly. Another typical WRX hot take overreaction. What a horrible human being he is.

_“It was a semi-shank, it wasn’t a full one,” Stenson said. “But it was a nice flight out to the right, shot it forward, but they can’t see anything, I can’t see where it’s going either, and clipped the guy right in the forehead.”_

_“_So, next thing, I’m down on the ground, as well, taking a picture, a selfie, laying down with him and his girlfriend,” Stenson said. You can watch Stenson taking a selfie with the fan and his girlfriend below.

Being the good guy that he is, Stenson checked with USGA officials to ensure the fan was okay.“I asked for his details so I can contact him at a later date and check up on him,” he said. “I might send him more than just one golf ball next time. I might send him a couple dozen or something to try to make up for my poor shot.”_

this is lucky...

Woodland chipped in with perfect pace and made a long putt with perfect pace.nothing miraculous about them. just timely. Like his 50 foot bomb for birdie on his last hole friday evening. Serious question, why are you so determined to call this guy a fluke? regardless of what happens tomorrow can you not recognize brilliant play when its in front of you? Rose has 1 putted from outside 7 feet like 13 times in 3 days.Is that luck? Tiger made like 250 feet of putts at torrey in 2008 on friday - saturday. Was that just luck ? doing it when it matters is all that counts.

Yeah I mean Torrey 2008 was crazy I can’t remember if it was Friday or Saturday but that two eagle and chip in back nine was just bonkers. Then he has to win in a playoff. You need to be good to be lucky and lucky to be good. Bruce made some par bombs today too.

We just see the game differently I guess. I’ve literally never seen what happened to Woodland in 30 years watching golf. After

Watching that round I have to think Rose is the strong favorite.
