I just wanted to give an update on this shaft. I won and choose the Matte Black straight black shaft. I had Bastain Milled do a flow neck on my 2018 Squareback and then I putted with a True Temper shaft that they installed and then switched over to the CT Tour KBS Shaft that I won in this giveaway so I could do a fair comparison. I can absolutely feel the difference in performance between the True Temper and the CT Tour. The CT Tour feels much more stable at impact. I love the stiffer feel as well in the tip, it has much more stability IMO at impact and my distance control is very good with it. I like to play my putters at a little heavier head weight ( 385 grams at 33 1/2) so this shaft stands up to the added head weight with consistency of feel throughout the stroke. I love this shaft feel and the putting results prove what I am feeling in my hands throughout the stroke. It also looks amazing with my custom 2018 Squareback with welded flow neck. If you are in the market for a new putter shaft, I would recommend this with great confidence, you wont be disappointed. I know this post would be nothing without pics so here you go.

I have one in my putter and I really like it. It's VERY solid and tight while also not adding any harshness. I find that my putter feels more "1-piece" than before which makes it far more predictable to putt with. I have a Stability putter shaft in another putter and it's similarly stiff but I prefer the weight balance and feel of the KBS.
