Course

TPC River Highlands, a par 70, 6,841 yard course in Cromwell, Connecticut, 10 miles south of Hartford. The course is a well-balanced golf test with a mixture of long and short holes. The most notable stretch is Nos. 15-17 which play around a four-acre lake. When you include the home hole, the four-hole collection is, according to Stewart Cink, “four of the most exciting finishing holes in a group anywhere in the world.”

The Travelers Championship is proud to participate in the PGA TOUR Tradition of Giving Back. Since its inception in 1952, Connecticut’s PGA TOUR event has donated more than $40 million to charities in the surrounding community.

Nonprofit Organization

The Greater Hartford Community Foundation, Inc. was formed on October 21, 2005 as a nonprofit organization to promote community based fundraising activities and events, including sporting, cultural, educational and other charitable fundraising activities and events. The Foundation’s mission is to be a world-class PGA TOUR event that maximizes giving to charity while benefiting the community. The Foundation’s primary fundraising activity is the Travelers Championship, Connecticut’s annual PGA TOUR golf tournament. The net proceeds realized by the tournament and other such activities and events are for the benefit of the citizens, social welfare organizations and other institutions of the community.

Raining here today so everyone has rain covers over their clubs and aren't going to be open to letting me shoot a WITB and have everything get all wet.

Hopefully in Detroit next week.

Yeah, saw that last night thanks to Greg. I’m pretty sure he’s using M5, or at least that’s what he said on the latest #TeamTaylormade podcast. I was more wondering what shafts and 3w he’s gaming.

I'll be curious to see the full setup too. I love golfers with aesthetically pleasing swings but when someone comes along with an action like this I find it fascinating, can't wait to see how he does.

Wolff is on IG today using M6 driver whereas I thought he was using the M5 previously. If the weather holds up tomorrow I plan on watching him for a bit.

Watched Vic today and other then his difficulties on 6, he looked liked he fit right in with the PGA guys. He hit a bomb on 9 which I was fortunate to witness from ten feet away...the kid can move it for sure. Big shoulder turn.

Great to see Chez come out of the cobwebs ( hasn’t won since 2014 I believe) and seal the deal. Congrats to him and his caddy. He played a great tournament and putted the same...great.
