Has anyone had a good experience with the Company? Have seen many posts that the clubs are great but the specs way off. I received an email with a 50% trade bonus on the PTX Pro irons with a free bag since the heads are back ordered. Great deal and tried to buy. Sent two emails to ask a question about the trade. No response. Called three times and left telephone number. No call returned. Great deal; great clubs; but someone needs to give customer service a kick in the pants.

Or at least the canary in the coal mine... No way you can survive as an upstart pissing off the people who want to give you money for golf clubs.

I play Hogan PTX’s that I bought last year. Great communication . On spec. Very happy with them.

 

This week I sent an email re their latest offer. Haven’t heard back from them. Disappointing.

They take a while to respond to emails or phone messages. Still better than Bridgestone, they don't respond at all and people still buy their irons. I wouldn't take the bag anyways, a guy I know got one and its a 6+ pound stand bag. He got the original PTX irons and was really happy with them, no problem with the specs, very clean assembly, grips all aligned, etc. He placed the order and about a week later they put up a free wedge offer. He got in touch with them and they honoured that offer, even though he came in ahead of it - didn't charge for additional shipping up to Canada.

 

Hogan has a good product and they are trying, maybe cut them a bit of slack. They are flexible and try to make things right when you finally get them. And if you have an email they'll honour the offer, or try negotiating a wedge or utility iron instead of the bag. Try that with Ping or Titleist some time.

Bought PTx irons last week ... tracking says Monday. So far so good.

Received a response but the rep could not answer. Referred me to Dallas Golf which is fine. I thought Dallas Golf handles BHC trades so I'm good to go. Thanks for the positive feedback from Wrxers.

I've always had great luck communicating with them via facebook message. Their customer service went above and beyond for me more than once and I was really happy with them. With that said this was 1.5 years ago and I've heard enough negative reports to know my case might not be all that common.

Yes - I've ordered several clubs from them without any issues.

after reading the reviews on the PTx Pro Irons here I decided to demo the clubs. It was love at first sight.  I hit them with confidence and swagger and bought them in black quickly.  I got excellent response from the folks there when I had to contact them they responded to me quickly.  I should have them in before thanksgiving.  I was very pleased with there businesses model and how they handled everything. The word of mouth on the company is quickly growing.  I know two folks who ordered demo clubs after I shared my experience with them.  Just can wait to get them in my hands.

I apologize if I’m overzealous about getting new clubs. I’ve just had a good experience so far.  Now I haven’t gotten my irons in yet so things could change. I haven’t bought a new set in several years.
