The "Limited Release" are the key words.

I wonder who will actually keep it in the bag ? Most would ended up haung on the wall ( rack ) like an art.

It's sad to see tools are not being used but admired.

Nice to see the weight ports added. It looks much better than the gobs of lead tape I have on the first version. If end up getting one, that head cover will be free to a good or bad home.

Limited to about 400 across all sku's in Canada (don't have world wide numbers)

August 16th in store date, likely will all be pre sold before they hit the stores so call you local shops now if you want one.

The long neck Newport has always been one of my favorites. I always wondered if we would ever see a retail long neck, guess we will have to keep waiting!

Anyone have a good comparison on feel between the last 2 models of NP2 and the teryllium insert? I like a soft putter face and probably one of the few that actually liked the insert of these models. Wonder how the teryllium compares.

I HATED the feel of the 2016 NP 2 also didn't like the sole.

The 2018 Edition is IMO a very good improvement across the board. Sole is way way way better.

Fell wise My Longneck Teryllium is still way better IMO.

Will still sell out in .5 seconds, you can pick one up second hand for a smooth $1,500 about 20 minutes after release I bet. Scotty has done a good job maintaining his perceived value without innovating. Good strategy on his part!

Exactly, I already told my guy at the Local Galaxy to put my name on the list for a NP2 34" as SOON as they get the order forms.

I guarantee you resell will be 1K after the release, but Mine will see live action....been waiting for this for a long time.
