Very true. By saying I don’t expect him to win, does not mean that I would be surprised if he did. He is a solid player. I just worry about a high fade ball and wind.

There is no need for the media to take BK down, if they never took him up.

He's the #1 player in the world. It's not like he played poorly to get there. The media doesn't have a whole lot to criticize after the guy just ascended to #1. If they don't like him, they'll snipe at him on the way down, but having finished 1st, 2nd, 1st, 2nd in the last 4 Majors isn't the greatest of timing for a writer to start taking shots at him.

 

As sar as high fades... Jack Nicklaus had a pretty good record in the Open. If you can putt and think your way around, it's a pretty good formula high fade or not.
