Feel is very good, smooth but not boardy. In the rare event I try and get after it I don't feel like I can make it whippy like some other shafts. I was inbetween getting the 5.5 or 6.0 but I heard they play stiffer to flex so I went 5.5 and I'm happy with that. I'm a very smooth swinger and it's perfect

My SS is around 95ish, and I agree with this assessment, although I have an aggressive transition.

I was fitted by Ping and could have gone either 5.5 or 6.0, the numbers were very similar. I started with the 5.5 when I ordered my G400, and being curious, I picked up a 6.0 a couple of months later.

I find the 5.5 to be a tad smoother for me, and the 6.0 a bit "tighter". I'm more apt to lose the 6.0 to the right if I don't stay aggressive. However, I think I'm getting a little lower flight and more roll with the 6.0.

for me PX shafts play way stiffer than other brands.. I compare my evenflow 5.5 to a kurokage stiff and the evenflows feel a good bit stiffer.. I have a hzrdus in 6.0 and for me It feels terrible.. not saying its a terrible shaft as I know lots of people like it and swear by it.. just for me I get nothing out of it.. im looking at tour Ad in SR flex now to see if I can something out of my $500 epicflash coz until now the M1 I bought out of a discount bin is kicking the epics butt

Had some time to kill today, so dropped in to a local Dick's. The golf attendant had nothing to do, and I saw they had major price drop on the Tommy Armour Atomic line, so I tried the EvenFlow Red 5.5 (which is marked as an R-flex). On that scale, I had always heard the 5.0 is supposed to be "true" regular, while 5.5 plays firm and 6.0 is stiff. To me, the EvenFlow 5.5 played firm. I can draw a regular flex shaft, but the EvenFlow produced a consistent fade. The odd part is I felt like I was flexing the EvenFlow, but it just wasn't turning over for me. Nice feeling shaft, though!

I had the 6.0 put in my driver and love it. I haven't had a chance to play with swing weight yet but so far I like it. I was worried about it feeling too stout since I've heard project x usually plays a little stiffer than normal but it feels just right to me. I believe the 5.5 would've been a little soft even for my average speed

I'm in the 95-100mph range and went with the 5.5 hzrdus yellow 76g shaft. I was coming from the 106g Nunchuk driver shaft and wanted something lighter but not too light, with a similar flex pattern to the Nunchuk. Found this in golf shaft reviews profiles with a flex that looked similar to the Nuchuck. It was hard to find in the 76g as I don't think they make them anymore. I have loved it after a get to know the shaft period as I played with head weight to get it just right. Its straight, smooth, and long.

The funny part of the story is that I have been looking for a new driver for several years, and just could not find anything that beat my old Callaway RAZR Hawk Tour head with a Nunchuk. Several drivers came close, but I wasn't going to upgrade unless I saw a clear improvement. My existing gamer always came out on top if you include dispersion and FIR's. When I picked up the HZDUS yellow shaft off Ebay, I also noticed a RAZR Hawk Tour head that looked brand new for only $15, so figuring that identical heads will give me a great shaft comparison, so I ordered that too. Well the combo was so good I have stopped looking for a new driver, and I only spent $70 total for my new driver. So much for all the high tech new stuff.
