He’s middle of the pack in putting this week

Even if he gets the 5th in the next few majors it would still be a big story.

Koepka hit the ball brilliantly and missed a bunch of chances it's totally understandable. He had the chance to get within a few shots and stared down a guy going for his maiden major. He knows what it meant but I still think he has a chance as there is supposed to be wind tomorrow and the chances of Lowry backing that up are slim, not to say Lowry wont win but I can't see it being a straight forward.

If the weather moves in later... Don’t be shocked if someone early posts a number and the leaders have to stop the bleeding enough to match it. It’s gonna be fun.

A bag of left-handed junk.

True story. I played the Royal three times and the contiguous but underrated Valley Links twelve. Had some brutal weather, at times holding the umbrella was like wrestling a pissed off monkey.

Lowry is clear of 4th by 7 shots. The winner will almost certainly come from the final pair. Even with weather coming everyone else is too far behind.

Nice round by Lowry today, but he took a lot of steam out of the viewing of this tourney tomorrow

As for this rookie euro player yapping about Stanley... calm down bud, it's a golf tournament, people get hit by errant tee shots. They would have been hit if he yelled fore, it's not likely people can hear that far away with so much going on, and also, if you're standing 300 yards from the tee and not paying attention I don't know what to tell you. For a rookie to complain to the press is ridiculous, the rookie label implies ignorance. Which he obviously is. This isn't a 4ball at the local club, spectators need to watch for tee shots and pay attention, no amount of yelling will prevent ppl getting hit

Too bad you didn't wait to hear the whole story before judging somebody. Talk about ignorant.

So because everyone else shouted fore, he gets a pass? It's a simple matter of etiquette and Stanley failed to adhere to it. He is not the only one but that does not get him a pass.

Got a stat for closest to the hole for attempt at birdie or better? Bet he has the closest distance. Or how many feet of putts made today? Bet he is near or the bottom of that. FIR/GIRs are all the descriptive of the round played.

This article claims his SG tee to green is #4 for the week.

I think the issue is that they want to be sure that they finish tomorrow. If the option is between them going a little earlier and getting weather which is better versus going late and having to suspend play, I know what I would rather.

Be nice to see what it was for the third round alone.

Hard to follow a great round with another pretty good one. Toss in the weather and the pressure of being an Irishman trying to win the first Open in your country in nearly 70 years.....

It would be great for him to win, but it's golf. Anything can happen in the wind and rain.
