Ping release Fall 2019?

I'm hoping for g410 Max driver and an i210 replacement

Dear Santa, please have ping release a smaller profile Voss PLD or Sigma 2.

There is an iBlade 2.0. When it will leak publicly or be released is the question. The Blueprint has nothing to do with the iBlade 2.0 release, anyone who says otherwise isn’t as plugged into the comings and goings of Ping as much as they wish they were.

Only that the touring pros I know on Ping deals that currently play full or partial iBlade setup configurations have confirmed they are coming.

Anxious to see what PING has in store to replace the G700 irons.

Can we expect PING to lower the price of the current irons before we see their replacement? How long before launch typically?

g410 max I doubt is coming, I have posted this the Ping rep was at my club and mentioned that their has been zero talk about this at Ping!

TY woods991! The reps might not spill details, but they are decent for rumors. No buzz on G710 makes me think they might be due in spring, at earliest. Read somewhere that Ping designers stated that they would be hard pressed to beat G410 irons MOI in a hollow iron, so they have their work cut out for them.

Thats what I was thinking. The 400 was built around a smaller footprint, so the MAX made sense. But the 410 is already a larger footprint, so what they'd add 5cc to the size? Plus the 410 is CRAZY forgiving in my opinion, not sure a MAX would even be necessary or possible.

This makes sense to me. PING's reputation is to only introduce clubs when they're appreciably better. Puts a lot of pressure on the PING engineers.

 

I've got it - work on a new (or the old) durable finish for their irons!

Don’t know. I played a 400 max for a couple months last winter and find it to be much more forgiving than the 410. The 410 hits weak low spin hooks off the toe that don’t go anywhere. And same for heel miss. Out of the middle it’s lovely. The 410 plus and LST. The 400 max for me was good from anywhere. It overall spin too much for proper distance . For me. Went to m6 and got best of both worlds. I’ve tested the 410 heads extensively and want to love one. Havet found The one to beat m6 yet. And the rest of my bag is ping , so you know I’m telling it like it is. For me.

 

It’s almost like they went too far toward lowering spin. If they inched back towards forgiveness with a 410 max that spin less than 400 max , I’d be all in.

That all very well could be true! I played the LST in the 400, but got a normal 410, so maybe thats why I didn't notice the big drop off in spin (also added a X flex shaft for the first time ever). I'm sure there would be a market for the 410 Max for people looking for what you described. Either way, I'm sure Ping won't disappointment. They rarely do!

If true, that is great news! My Ping contact has been telling me no on the G410 Max for awhile now.
