That's great. Barnes was a great character and a helluva player back in his day on The ET. Beating Jack in singles twice in the same day is great.

If the why is aimed at the last sentence, the answer is - to stay healthy and enjoy life more. Guys 50+ should not go for Cardio, HIT and heavy gym workout will stimulate the testosterone. It has for sure helped me. I’m 5 years younger now than 2012 in every aspect but som wrinkles in my face.
