Do they stick to their strategy: takeing these 5 molds and bend everything from there? :-(

So I will definately skip on the 54 - that is bent from the 56-10 and has way too much offset!!!

@Mizuno: if you do so, please let the customer decide which head to start from, when you bend it (more or less offset). For that we need much more pics from adress on your website to make the right choice. In T7 & S18 I ended up ditching the 54. Took the 50 and bent it to 52. Now playing 46 - 52 - 58...

It appears the last wedge pictured is 46°, not 49°. So the baselines for loft-bounce are 60.06 58.08 56.14 56.10 51.08 and 46.06. Exactly how much offset is created by bending 1-2°? I guess I’m not particularly sensitive to it, since I’ve been playing 52.09 56.14 and 60.10 in S18.

Because usually when they make something perfect, the next iteration is not as good. I am purely basing this on cosmetics and my opinion

At the risk of annoying everyone with lefty questions, wondering whether all lofts are available in lefty or not? Since they are just making mid lofts and bending I thought the answer might be yes. If not I'd have them bent myself I suppose.

I believe all lofts came in LH with the s18s, so I would say yes.

They are most likely loose heads on a shaft for photo purposes, not a finished product

Don’t understand the molds comment. These clearly say GF Forged on the hosels. Molds are for castings, dies are for forgings.

Not an expert but isn't die casting a thing? Either way it is semantics the complaint is just that they don't make more lofts through the process and just make a few and bend them.

 

It doesn't necessarily put me off at all, just my interpretation of the issue some people have.

I think what they meant about "Molds" is that Mizuno only makes a few different wedge models and will bend them to fill in the rest. As far as I know they're making a 46, 51, 56, 58 and 60, and then they bend them strong or weak 2° to fill in the remaining lofts. Some people are mentioning the difference visually in offset when the bending is done.
