When you commit a crime on on aeroplane, with what country’s law are you charged? For sure, if your hands did unlegal things towards a woman on a domestic scandinavian flight you would get charged.

Guy’s an absolute hunk, obviously not gay and still the only single man on the RC team. Sounds like he has things to sort out.

One quote I have seen is "He started abusing some of the passengers and crew and then made a pass at one of the female passengers before taking a leak in the aisle. It was shocking behaviour. You would expect it maybe on a budget airline but not in the first class cabin on BA"

article says "sexual assault", while a witness says "made a pass" ... that said, hope he gets punished severely by the authorities and tour ... zero reason for that to happen ...

Clearly not what I'm referring to. It's the use of "sexual assault", there are different descriptions of this aspect of the incident in different articles. Some stated he "made a pass" as opposed to the assault phrasing.

This is true. We may not know all the facts, but 'the media' weren't responsible for him being arrested. Sounds like he might want to take a sabbatical from alcohol and do a reassessment of where he is in life. Not a good look, to put it mildly.

Yep. Peeing in the aisle is exposure and that can be classified as sexual assault, depending on location of offense. "Sexual assault" can go way beyond the commonly-held idea of rape/molestation/etc.

Hopefully this didn’t happen, but the Independent article isn’t quite as gray in their statement.

We need to find out if he asked the rules official for "relief" in the isle!!............... bet ya a million bucks will be blamed on sleeping pills and a quiet scotch or 2

I was thinking it would be an 'anomalous reaction to prescription medication and/or stress due to unresolved personal issues' Either way, hope he takes care of himself.

Unfortunate event for all involved. Hope he didn’t actually grope any passengers. If he did, let him be prosecuted to the full extent.
