Obviously, not many (if any) have hit, just curious where they are in the lineup.

I saw they fit in between the 919 Tour and the 919 Forged.

anyone feel these are more "forgiving" than a 712 CB? Looking for a change. The offset on the new MMC's (6iron)are .130 compared to .110 in the CB. Lofts are stronger with the MMC's as well. Thoughts?

I can say that the mp 18 MMCs are more forgiving than even the 716 cb. I have mine bent weak and it works out very well. They are 4° gapping starting with a 22° 4 iron to a 46° pw. I find them very forgiving for their size.

New mizuno mmc Bent to titleist cb lofts (weakened 2 degrees loft) Will actually have less offset than the titleist cb. Did it with mp-18 mcc and offset was less with mmc Than with Titleist cb 718. The Blade length of mp-18 mcc was to wide for me but mp-20 mmc seems promising in that department. IF Blade length is shorter they are in my bag for 2020. ?

This picture has been floating around a few other threads. The embargo date isn’t until 9/5, it feels soooooo far from now. I can’t wait to see if these are worth upgrading from the MP-18 MMC’s. Really hoping they are skimmed down just a touch in the top line and soles from last year..

I’m with you. Slimmed down package and more forgiving (and potentially better feel) than the 919 Tours is very appealing. One of those two irons will be in my bag at the start of 2020.

Spent time hitting the MMC MP20 on Trackman today.

 

Even though the stock S Taper isn’t a great fit, I will say that these are probably the most forgiving GI CB I’ve ever hit.

 

Didn’t get a chance to put them through the paces extensively, but thin shots didn’t feel bad at all, and toe misses only lost about 2mph ball speed.

 

The copper inlay really helps, and they have enough meat on the top line to look thin enough but super forgiving for most CB snobs, but small enough that MB snobs who have lost a touch of their earlier in life skills could easily game them.

I might buy a righty set just to stare at. Literally my dream players CB and yet they chose to make a Frankenstein set of HMB and MB. ??‍♂️
