Favorite Grip that isn't Superstroke...

The skinny Ping grips. I like to feel the putter hit the ball and some form of real rubber.

So I have been playing traditional leather wraps for 6-7 years now. My putter is vintage and I got it with one, and didn’t feel like changing it. Very little cushion, but I feel like there is less play/my hands are more ’one’ with the club/shaft, and this gives me more control in delivering the head to the ball. Sometimes simple is the solution?

I love the Pistolero plus grip I just put on my fastback. When I switched to the superstroke originally I needed the help on the shorter putts. My putting has improved immeasurably since I swapped the grips on both my putters to thinner ones.

I am personally a fan of the Golf Pride SNSR. Has a nice feel and I love the flare towards the top of the handle.

Big fan of the Rosemark Thorn. Plenty tacky and not as squishy as Superstroke.

I generally putt LHL and love the Iomic standard grips. They have a nice tacky feel to them and last forever.

 

I'm also experimenting with a Flat Cat Tak svelte size grip with a reverse claw grip style, it's interesting so far. I prefer the Tak over standard Flat Cat feel.

I prefer a square front.. Currently have an Edel round grip and while it makes it less mechanical,,, I miss that aspect. I am putting ok, but when I miss I always feel like if I felt the mechanics more I would have made it.. I've about 10 rounds in it, and still not sure I like it,,, but it is ok.. How's that for grip attachment? : D

I second this grip. So money. Stricker uses the corded version, but the solid rubber one just fits perfectly in your hands if you have bigger hands

I’ve just bought a new Betti #38 but it has a thin, weedy Lamkin grip so I’m going to try a P2 Reflex Tour. It’d have been a Winn Dri-Tac Pistol Jumbo Lite, but that’s be boring to have three of them.

Currently using a Winn NTP Pistol on the Miura and it has really grown on me. Wasn't a huge fan at first but after a half of a season with it it feels very comfortable and natural in my hands now. I'm considering putting one on my Spider and TP Berwick as well.

Baby T on all but one of my Camerons (SS 1.0P on the other.) And I have 2 Odyssey's with the grip from the RX series, black with the blue end cap. Barely wider on the front than the Baby T but overall very similar shape.

Tour Mark reverse taper, wider at the bottom of the grip and a reverse dimple pattern. Available in different diameters and either red or black and white.

LMAO, I actually just looked at mine and it is a JUMBO. My other clubs are Winn Midsize, I think I just assumed it was midsize.

I gave up completely on no taper grips. I definitely prefer pistol. Although I did try the Garsen pro edge grip on a used putter and liked it at store.

Just bought a Forward Jumbo. A bit like a P2 in that the shaft runs down the back of the grip rather than through the centre. Interesting.

Admittedly haven't played around with a lot of different putter grips, but recently re-gripped my putter with a BestGrips microperf paddle grip and really enjoying it. I bought the wife a BestGrips GT-L leather grip, and that's a really nice grip as well, not sure which one I prefer out of the two. Zach at BestGrips is great to work with, and they make a quality product.

I have the SS 2.0 on my old Rossie and have the original full cord grip on my Mil-Spec. I like them both honestly, just different feel from each!

Pure grips midsize. Great one piece grip, lovely and soft and really responsive.
