I definitely couldn’t. I was even shocked when Taylormade came out with their adjustable wedge face. Of course that adjustability offering didn’t last long. Eventually one of the big boys are going to take a crack at adjustable grinds but I don’t think it will be Titleist.

Not sure of the significance of this but a previous poster mentioned Vokey was going to do something new. Then another poster mentioned a sure out jokingly. Well maybe not a joke, but maybe still a joke. Not really sure. On the conforming list its called O58. Sure looks like a sure out Vokey to me.

There’s no doubt they’re coming. Could be before the PGA show but probably coming out in March like normal.

they are going to use the "JP" wedges is my guess. He had an amazing R&D when he was with them and they were 3 piece wedges....

The F doesn't change a whole lot, IMO. I don't know for sure about the S grind - never played it - but it seems like there are some changes to it occasionally. I'm sure the main structure of the grind stays the same though. Some of the older models used to have very different grinds every so often for the same bounce and loft before the lettering system came to retail but I feel like it's stayed pretty consistent lately.

I just can’t imagine it won’t be. At some point he’s going to retire and Aaron Dill will take over, but even then I’d be surprised if the Vokey name doesn’t continue on the wedges. The name is just too big and recognizable.

Thanks man, I don't think they make the low bounce k grind like it anymore. Hopefully they have something new next year that will be even better!

The low bounce K was so good, not sure why they stopped producing it. I’ve kept mine even though the grooves are gone!

Call me ignorant but I've had most generations of Vokeys and I don't think I've noticed a difference in any model change. The only performance difference I notice is when I change the bounce.

For me, I think the softness is what really improves through the years. Spin has always been about the same, just feel.

Gaming the SM2s right now that I picked up new a few months ago. Haven’t looked back. They’re not as soft as the 7s but they preform just as well and spin a lot more. It’s more about finding the correct grinds and bounces than anything. There isn’t much they can do from a material & design aspect anymore.
