really enjoy everyones WITB(clubs/ bags/etc) and see a lot of good hats on BST and was wondering what everyone had... gamers, keepers, collectors items, tour issue, etc.

While I have lots of "CAPS", the only hat I really have to show off is the one in my avatar. It is a true HAT, not a cap called a hat. Not sure when in life caps became hats. :)

A cap is a specific type of hat. Hat is a more general term. All caps are hats, but not all hats are caps.

I live in birmingham and play farmlinks a good bit, if you really want one I can prob get it for you next time I play. Might be a few months, just had small procedure on rotator cuff, but def will be out there this summer. Do some of you all live in Alabama? Do not see farmlinks very often mentioned on this site, it is a great track

Appreciate the offer. I'm gonna give them a call and see if they will ship one. Need to do the same for Mammoth Dunes - completely forgot to look for a hat while I was there.

I'm extraordinarily picky about how hats fit and look so it goes without saying I do not have many hats.

 

By that I mean, I have one (1) hat. The PXG beanie in my profile photo notwithstanding - that was bought specifically for St. Andrews. We don't need beanies during the daytime in LA very often.

 

That said, here is my sweat stained Titleist cap that features a little California flag embroidered on the back :

 


 

I generally dislike branding on my attire. I recognize this is nearly impossible to avoid when it comes to nearly all sports wear; so I do what I can. I dig the fit and feel of Nike and since I only wear black; my favorite shirts have the swoosh in black or dark grey and are thus mostly imperceptible. However, the exception to this rule is a hat. Only Ice Cube can pull off a solid black hat - so I'm ok with minimal branding. The ones that have shit strewn all over 'em though? No way man; yall ain't payin me.
